MANUFACTURING PROCESS of Agricultural Cultivator Tines

The manufacture of agricultural tines involves operations like cutting rectangular flats to sizes on a power press and then heating them in the furnace in bulky quantities.

After this, the flats are forged at both ends on a power press to give the desired shape. Simultaneously, the holes are made on one side followed by flattening/straightening of the same on a power press and drilling of holes on another side with a drilling machine.
