Steps to Releasing Emotional Clutter
If you imagine that life is a journey then we are all over it. Some of us have a destination, we have a map and all the equipment and money we need to get there. Some of us have no idea where we are going and have few resources but we are completely content with it, we just want to go on an adventure and enjoy the journey.

On our journey, we may face challenges that slow us down or change our course. Sometimes we reduce the challenges, they make our journey less enjoyable and sometimes the obstacles stop us completely, we get stuck, unable to continue the journey. Step One: Identify Your Emotional Clutter
Start a list of your hold, moan, fear, worry, grudge rage, anything that springs to mind. Give it as much time as necessary and keep adding other things during the week.
The most important thing to remember for laws of attraction is that the purpose of the practice is not to immerse ourselves in negative emotions, to find out what is so that we can shed light on it. It is important, to be honest even if you feel a little uneasy. When I made my list there were some feelings about which I felt very guilty.
Step 2: How Would You Like to Feel? the laws of attraction.
Now comes the juicy bit – the bit that begins to unstick the sludge of negativity. Take each of your laments in turn and write how and why you would like it. Get into the spirit space. Even if things are in the past or you feel that you can’t do anything about them, it doesn’t matter, just identify how you like things. How would you like to do things now? Keep all your language positive, not what you want about what you want.
It is important to be very honest again. What do you really want If it seems within the realm of imagination, then it does not matter. This is your well, what do I want? List. treasure it. You will add it and use it to create more positivity. This is your new journey on which you have taken the first step.
Step 3: What ‘Could’ You Do Now?
What do I want you to have to go back to your well? Take each item in return and ask yourself this question: What can I do next, to completely give up my negative feelings and embrace the positive intent here?

The laws of attraction important to understand that this does not mean that you have something to do which means you can do it. It is about opening up possibilities. About opening the door and letting the torch in. There is no pressure here, nobody should list, ‘Some things that come up will be practical, others emotional. Here are some examples from my list: • Forgive him

- get a gardener
- enjoy chocolate
Write a letter
- Ask for some advice
You need to make sure that all the possibilities are such that will make you feel good or better in some way. It is very likely that by now you will have new incentives and resolve to take positive steps. You may have a strong desire to look forward instead of back. Go with it and enjoy yourself!
Step 4: Time for Action?
Finding ways that we can shake our emotions is liberating and makes us feel more positive. Doing positive work is even more powerful.

Step 5: Releasing Unconscious Emotions
This step encourages us to see the next level of our emotions: unconscious. Are there areas where you feel so stuck and nothing seems to change you? To be an observer.
By becoming an observer of your own feelings, you will be more understanding of yourself and it is better to let things go because negative emotions leave their grip on you. I first came across the notion of being an ‘observer’ in the threshold of mind by Bill Harris. Bill calls it a witness. The idea is that…. ” what is happening you can see. When you look at it this way, you feel like you’re standing outside yourself and seeing how you’re feeling, what you’re doing And how you are interacting with your environment. ” You learn yourself by doing this to get a greater sense of your emotions after a short space of time. It gives you options.
Become an observer. What do you learn?
